Digital Still Life
This self portrait was the tipping point of trying to explore the human condition. Although this piece may not have successfully explored the topic, I wanted to share it someplace as it brings a sort of comical feeling to the surface with the bizarre composition and expression.
Exploring and taking creative risks in personal projects helps me establish aspects that are working and aspects that are less successful. Although critique is vital, it's refreshing to experiment without any outside constraints every now and then.
It also helps scratch an itch for that weird idea you just can't seem to let go.
